Everything is listed on every bottle and on every page of this site, in order. Seven botanicals grow in Lebanon — almond from Aley, orange blossom from Nabatieh, rose from the Bekaa, olive from Koura, fig leaf from Batroun, laurel from Akkar, honey from the Chouf — and the map on this page shows where each one comes from.
The two to ask your doctor about are the Bright Drops and the Laurel Tonic. We are a skincare house, not a clinic, and we do not advise on this — ask the person who knows your pregnancy. Everything else in the twelve is water, plant oils, glycerin and zinc.
Yes, and on the inner arm rather than the face. A coin-sized amount, left a day. If anything stings, stops there — tell us and we will take it back, opened.
Then skip the Laurel Tonic and the Bright Drops entirely — those are the two with anything active in them. The Rose Mist is one ingredient, and the Serum has no acids and no added fragrance. Start with two and give it two weeks.
All of it. The two most men buy are the Morning Gel and the Tinted SPF 50, and quite a lot of them never buy a third. That is a complete routine and we will not pretend otherwise.
Beirut: tomorrow, for orders placed before 16:00, $3, free over $60. Mount Lebanon: one to two days, $4. The rest of Lebanon: two to three days, $5. We are closed on Sundays, so a Sunday order goes out on Monday.
Yes, from the atelier in Gemmayzeh — the ground floor with the copper still in the window. Ready in two hours during opening time, Monday to Saturday, ten to seven. Free.
DHL, from $28, three to seven days depending where. Pick your country on this page and the rate and the days appear before you order — you will not find out at the end. Duties are paid on arrival by whoever receives it.
Cash on delivery inside Lebanon, or Whish, OMT, or a bank transfer. Abroad it is a transfer. There is no card form on this site because we do not have a merchant account yet; card payments go through a local gateway on request, and we will send you a link.
Unopened, within seven days, and the courier collects it — you pay nothing. Opened is a different question and the answer is still yes if your skin reacted. A reaction is a reason. Tell us what happened.
For five of the twelve: the Morning Gel, the Rose Mist, the Laurel Tonic, the Day Cream and the Night Cream. A kraft pouch at 20% less, and you keep the jar. The other seven are droppers and tubes, which do not refill well enough to sell.
One sachet goes in every order and you choose which at checkout — the serum, the day cream or the night cream. There is also the Discovery set: six 10 ml minis for $58, which is enough of each to actually know.
A kraft box, tissue, and a handwritten card for $6. Tick the box at checkout, write what the card should say, and tick 'hide the prices' — a present should not arrive with an invoice in it.

The customers on this site are a consistent cast photographed for the concept, and the footer says so. On a real Loz, a customer's face appears only with their written yes — and the before-and-after scene is labelled illustrative wherever it appears, because skin is skin and twenty-eight days is twenty-eight days.
