Dental implants
A titanium post takes the place of the root. Once the bone has grown around it, it carries a crown that behaves like a tooth.

What it involves
An implant is two things: a small titanium post placed in the jawbone, and a crown fitted to it once the bone has integrated. Between the two there is a waiting period — usually three to four months — during which the bone does the work.
The position is planned on a 3D scan before the appointment, which is what lets the surgery itself be short and predictable. You will not leave with a visible gap: a temporary tooth is fitted the same day wherever the space shows.
Who it is for
- A tooth lost to fracture, decay or a failed root treatment
- A bridge you would rather not cut healthy teeth for
- A denture that moves when you eat
- Enough bone to hold a post — the first scan tells us
How it goes
- 01
Assessment and 3D scan
A low-dose scan shows the bone and the nerve. We plan the exact position and angle before you sit in the chair.
- 02
Placement
The post goes in under local anaesthetic, usually in under an hour. Sedation is available if you would rather be somewhere else for it.
- 03
Healing
Three to four months while the bone integrates. A temporary tooth covers the gap in the meantime.
- 04
The crown
A final scan, then a crown made to match the teeth beside it. Fitted, checked, and reviewed two weeks later.
A case from the gallery

A single implant, a temporary tooth throughout, and a crown at five months. Results vary by patient. Every plan starts with a scan and a conversation.
Worth knowing
Implants are not right for everyone. Smoking, uncontrolled diabetes and untreated gum disease all reduce the odds, and we will tell you that before you spend anything.
Questions we get
Most of what we do happens under local anaesthetic, and you will feel pressure rather than pain. Topical gel goes on before the injection. For longer appointments — or if anxiety is the reason you have been putting this off — conscious sedation is available: you stay awake and responsive, but remember very little of it.
You receive a written plan with a fixed total before anything begins — no estimate that moves later. Treatment can be paid across the course of the work, agreed in advance, with no interest and no third party involved. Ask at the consultation and you will leave knowing the number.
We provide itemised invoices and treatment codes that most Lebanese and international insurers accept, and we will help you submit them. We are not able to bill insurers directly.
